Police seek man who launched rocks at cars in the North Yorkshire village of Cowling
Police are hunting a man who threw rocks at cars travelling along a main road between Yorkshire and Lancashire.
One stone landed in the path of an oncoming green Mini Cooper, which collided with it, on the A6068 near Malsis School at around 6.30pm yesterday (Sunday).
The culprit, who police believe was wearing his arm in a sling, was later seen doing the same in the nearby village of Cowling.
North Yorkshire Police is asking anyone who saw the man in the act to contact them on 101, quoting reference number NYP-29072018-0433.
