The case was adjourned to a plea and case management hearing on November 30 and a provisional trial date was arranged for February next year.

The Recorder of Leeds, Judge Peter Collier QC said he would discuss with the Recorder of Sheffield a venue for the trial.

He continued Wilcox’s bail on conditions including residence, the continued surrender of his passport and for him not to enter a specified area of Doncaster indicated to him on a map.
