IF you knew then what you know now, would you vote to leave the EU? And if you did last Thursday, do you regret it?

The suggestion of a second referendum is being seriously canvassed in some quarters. Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt, a possible contender for the Conservative leadership, has said the Government should not trigger the formal process of leaving until it has sorted out a new set of arrangements with Brussels - which should then be put to voters to endorse.
