Jonathan Knight, chief executive of deliciouslyyorkshire, said: "A big congratulations to all of our winners and the shortlisted businesses for 2010. The standard of entries for the awards gets progressively higher year on year.

"It's very encouraging to see businesses in the food, drink and hospitality sector going from strength to strength, especially in the current economic climate."

The awards celebrate the elite of the region's food and drink industry, showcase local produce and commend the achievements of businesses and individuals from Yorkshire and Humber.

The top individual award went to James Mackenzie, chef and proprietor at The Pipe and Glass Inn in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

The Yorkshire Crisp Company, of Sheffield, won the export award.

Organisers received 450 entries.
