Relaunch for Jane Tomlinson series of charity fundraisers

Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All has relaunched as For All Events following the success of its inaugural walking and swimming events.

The not-for-profit organisation, which supports charities across Yorkshire, launched the swimming and walking festivals this year and attracted over 3,000 people.

All the events, together with the series of 10k runs, now have a new website and the full programme for 2012 has been finalised, with registration for places now open at the new www.forallevents.co.uk site.

Sara Birkinshaw, events director at For All Events, said last night: “This is an incredibly exciting time for us and being able to launch our largest ever line-up of events in the year that sport will take centre stage in the UK is fantastic.

“With events available for runners, walkers, wheelers and swimmers of all ages, across the region, the Jane Tomlinson Appeal now has a true calendar of events ‘for all’ and we’d urge any supporters to visit our new site.

“The organisation has grown rapidly over the last year and we’re confident we now have the online assets to support us, our partner charities and our supporters through 2012 and for years to come,” she added.

Next year the Hull 10K will take place on Sunday, June 3, the Leeds 10K on Sunday, July 8, and the York 10K, on Sunday, August 5. Entry for each 10K, for a limited time only, is currently available at an introductory offer of £20.12.
