Reward offered in pervert hunt
A reward of up to £3,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a
“dangerous and predatory individual”.
Ivan Leach, also known as Lee Cyrus, 47, went missing from North Sea Camp open prison in Boston, Lincolnshire, on October 9.
He is believed to have carried out a serious sexual attack in Scotland since he absconded.
Leach was born in Preston, Lancashire, and has connections across the city as well as in South Ribble.
The last confirmed sighting was on the evening of Friday, October 19 in Lea, Preston.
