HOLLYWOOD actor Richard E Grant will talk about his life in film as part of Harrogate Film Festival next month.

As well as appearing on screen in the likes of Logan, Withnail and I, and Bram Stokers Dracula, the British actor is also a screenwriter and director, and the Evening With Richard E Grant event is set to be one of the highlights of the festival, organisers have said.

The event, at the Royal Hall on March 3, will include a question and answer session with the audience.

Managing director of the Harrogate Film Festival, Adam Chandler, said, “This is an amazing development for us. We always intended to bring Hollywood names to Harrogate and I’m delighted that Richard E Grant is joining us.

“Undoubtedly this will place Harrogate firmly on the film map.”

Grant will be interviewed onstage by award winning author and broadcaster Andrew Collins, film editor of the Radio Times.
