RNLI offers chance to buy into history
The RNLI, which has saved hundreds of lives since the Humber lifeboat station was established by Hull Trinity House at Spurn Point in 1810, has set up dedicated pages on its website, www.rnli.org.uk/humber200, where people can select the year they want for a minimum donation of 25.
The names of all those who buy a year will be included on a commemorative display at the lifeboat station.
