Road closed after serious road accident in Leeds
A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries in the early hours after an accident in Leeds.
The man was trapped in his silver Vauxhall Astra after the accident on Town Street, Farsley, near Bagley Lane, around 3.17am.
Firefighters freed the man, who is in his 40s, and he was taken to Leeds General Infirmary by ambulance.
Town Street remains closed between Bagley Lane and Wesley Street.
Fire crews attended from Stanningley and Bradford.
