Schoolgirl seriously hurt in collision
A schoolgirl is in hospital after being seriously hurt in a collision in the Shiregreen area of Sheffield yesterday morning.
Police said it appeared that the seven-year-old, who broke her thigh bone, ran into Bellhouse Road and collided with a silver Vauxhall Astra in the accident which happened at 8.40am.
