Scotland: Premier urges 'fresh start'

THE new Prime Minister called for a "fresh start" in the relationship between Westminster and Scotland as he was forced to dodge hundreds of protesters outside the Scottish Parliament.

David Cameron said he and SNP leader Alex Salmond had to try to work together for the good of the UK.

Mr Cameron spoke moments after avoiding hundreds of noisy protesters as he visited Scotland for the first time since becoming Prime Minister.
