Selina Scott backs charity's Christmas fair

Former TV presenter Selina Scott is backing the NSPCC Norton & Villages Fundraising Committee annual Christmas Fair at Castle Howard on November 5.

Held regularly for the past nine years, last year’s event raised over 31,000 for the NSPCC and attracted 1,500 visitors. Miss Scott said: “Castle Howard provides a fantastic location for an unforgettable Christmas shopping experience. Please come along and help raise thousands of pounds for the NSPCC to help abused and vulnerable children across Yorkshire and the UK.”

There will be over 50 stalls selling a wide range of gifts for adults, teenagers and children.

The preview evening is on Thursday, November 4, from 5pm to 9pm with the main fair taking place the following day from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
