Singer urges people to get on their bikes
Popstar Kimberley Walsh is gearing up to get in the saddle alongside thousands of Leeds residents in the city’s first Sky Ride.
The Bradford-born singer returned to her home county to promote the mass participation bike ride through the city on July 7, hosted by British Cycling and Sky, with Leeds City Council and West Yorkshire Metro’s go:cycling project. And the former Girls Aloud singer refused to let a little cycling cramp her style – donning five-inch heels for a brief ride through Victoria Gardens.
