DETECTIVES investigating the death of a man whose body was found on farmland have charged three people from South Yorkshire with murder.

Nottinghamshire Police said Angela Dowling, 47, of Windmill Avenue, South Yorkshire, 31-year-old Stephen Dowling, of the same address, and Matthew Duffy, 22, of Sussex Street, Doncaster, would all face a charge of murder when they appear before Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on Friday.

They were arrested this week after the body of a man was found in the village of Everton, near Bawtry on the South Yorkshire border, at the weekend.

Two other people arrested and questioned in connection with the death have been released without charge.

The name of the victim is not being released until the body has been formally identified.
