A new office development with a roof terrace has been completed in the centre of Leeds.
Rockspring acquired 6 Queen Street speculatively in 2014 and construction began in September that year. The acquisition was Rockspring’s first investment in Leeds and added to the more than €8.1bn of assets under its management across Europe.
The building is set over six floors, totalling a net area of around 70,000 sq ft.
Rod Mordey, European director at Rockspring, said: “What we have achieved, alongside Marshall CDP, is an outstanding new office development and a major new addition and improvement to the Leeds market, that brings with it many unique elements, from the roof terrace, to the optimal occupancy and parking ratios.”
Carter Towler and Knight Frank are letting agents. Lambert Smith Hampton is managing agent.
