Spice Girl Mel B returned to Leeds this weekend to take part in volunteer work for Hyde Park Unity Day.

The former Scary Spice herself was spotted on the streets of Leeds along with her daughter Phoenix.

Later she posted a video on Instagram dancing with her daughter to an MC for Hyde Park Unity Day.

She said: "Yessssss @phoenixisphoenix doing volunteering work in my home town #LeedsLeedsLeeds for #unitydayhydepark"

Hyde Park Unity Day, now in its 22nd year, began in 1996 as a way to bring people together from all walks of life in Leeds.

Its mission statement says: "To unite the local community and celebrate cultural diversity through art, music, performance, sport and local businesses."
