Suspect told to forfeit more than £15,000 to courts

A Leeds man suspected of fraud and money laundering must forfeit more than £15,000 to the courts – even though he has not been convicted of an offence.

Police found the cash in a house in Shafton View, Holbeck, in May 2007 during an investigation into the alleged “skimming” of credit and debit cards.
