Terror chief killedin Afghan air strike

A senior al-Qaida commander and several other militants were killed in an air strike in eastern Afghanistan, says Nato.

The strike killed Abdallah Umar al-Qurayshi, who led attacks of a group of Arab fighters. Abu Atta al Kuwaiti, an al-Qaida explosives expert, and several Arab foreign fighters were also killed on Saturday. A CIA missile may also have killed another al-Qaida commander near the Afghan border.
