Thieves raid art gallery

Police were yesterday hunting a gang who stole three works of art worth £230,000 from a gallery.

The paintings, including one by renowned Yorkshire-born artist Sir Henry Moore, were taken from the gallery in Broadway, Worcestershire, at about 1.50am yesterday.

A West Mercia Police spokesman said they believed the thieves were four young men, possibly including teenagers.
