THREE men have been arrested on suspicion of arson after a major blaze at an industrial estate in North Yorkshire.
The fire, which took hold yesterday afternoon at a Speedy Hire centre in Cross Hills, near Skipton, caused substantial damage to the building.
A police cordon was set up due to gas canisters being near the site, and a passing train suffered minor damage after an apparent explosion.
Surrounding roads and train services were closed until the fire was brought under control.
A police spokeswoman said trains started running last night from 6.30pm after being halted for two hours.
Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
