Tories lose outin by-elections
The Tories tumbled in the latest council by-elections, losing two seats to Labour and one to the Liberal Democrats.
Labour won by-elections in Nottinghamshire affecting the county council and Bassetlaw District Council while the Liberal Democrats won at Earls Court in Kensington and Chelsea Borough.
