Transit driver dies after accident
Police in South Yorkshire are appealing for witnesses after a man from the Wakefield area died following a collision in Royston, Barnsley.
The 58-year-old died yesterday in Sheffield’s Northern General Hospital after suffering a “medical condition” at the wheel of his black and red Ford Transit van the previous day.
The Transit van was travelling along Midland Road when it was in collision with a white Renault Clio. Witnesses are asked to contact the police witness line on 0114 2202970.
