20 firefighters tackle huge blaze on North York Moors
More than 20 firefighters were called to a fire covering about 2.5 acres of moorland at Fylingthorpe near Whitby late last night.
They were forced to pull out for their own safety when the fire spread to an area close to a ravine. They returned at daybreak today to continue tackling the fire.
