Grimsby musician swept to death on German river
A GRIMSBY musician has died in Germany after reportedly being swept away by the River Rhine.
Christian Fagg, 23, was reported missing in Koln-Rodenkirchen, near Cologne, on Tuesday, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office said.
An FCO spokesman confirmed today that he had been found dead.

Hide AdIt is understood Mr Fagg had been on holiday with six friends when he was swept away by the current.
Reports said that people in a houseboat spotted his body in the water and alerted the local fire brigade.
The FCO spokesman said: “We were made aware today that the death of Christian John Fagg, who was reported missing in Koln-Rodenkirchen, Germany, on 6 August, has been confirmed.
“We are providing consular assistance to his family at this difficult time.”
