Police name Hull mother and six-year-old daughter killed in collision with truck
POLICE have named a mother and her six-year-old daughter who were killed after they were involved in collision with a HGV in Hull last week.
Pedestrians Zena Victoria Jackson, 43, and her daughter Cidalia Mendes-Jackson died following the incident on Spring Bank, Hull, at 2pm on Friday April 29.
The driver of the HGV was arrested in connection with the collision and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
As an investigation into the collision continues, any witnesses who have not yet spoken to Humberside Police are urged to do so by calling 101 quoting log number 237 of 29 April 2016.
