Second brother dies in hospital after Doncaster horror crash

A 13-year-old boy left critically injured in a car crash that killed his brother in Doncaster has died in hospital, police said today.

Ashley Isle and his 18-year-old brother Thomas Isle were in a red Seat Ibiza which was involved in a collision on the A18 High Street, Dunsville, at around 6.40pm on Saturday.

Thomas suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. Ashley was critically injured and taken to hospital where he died yesterday evening, according to South Yorkshire Police.

South Yorkshire Police said in a statement: "The family continue to receive support from specialist officers and they have asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.

"We would also ask that care is taken when posting on social media."

Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with information should call 101 quoting incident number 977 of 7 November 2015.
