Update: Firefighters extinguish fire in derelict Ripon building
Firefighters remain at the scene of a fire in Ripon, which broke out in the basement of a derelict building.
The fire has now been extinguished at the building on Whitcliffe Lane, according to North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service just before 10am today (Monday, January 14).
