One man has since come down and was arrested for tampering with a vehicle. The other is still on top of the lorry on Main Street near the roundabout in the centre of the village.

A woman has been arrested for obstructing the highway.

People can get by on foot but motorists are being asked to avoid the area while a specialist police team deals with the incident.
