Tricycle that had starring role in horror film is set for auction
THE blood-red tricycle ridden by demonic child Damien in horror film The Omen is to be sold at auction.
The creepy prop is owned by the actor who played the apparently innocent little boy whose presence leads to a string of brutal deaths.
British actor Harvey Stephens, who received a Golden Globe nomination for his performance as Damien, recalled: "I can remember riding around the film set on the tricycle – the house was so big they had to mark out my route with masking tape."
It is estimated the tricycle will sell for 12,000 to 15,000 when it goes on sale at Bonhams on December 15.
