TV group 'in sale talks with rival'

The television group behind shows Location, Location, Location and Wife Swap is in sale talks with a rival, it was reported yesterday.

RDF Media is holding early discussions over a potential takeover by Zodiak Entertainment, which owns assets including Born Survivor with Bear Grylls, according to The Sunday Telegraph.

Tim Weller, RDF chairman, told the newspaper the group had already received an approach worth around 150m from its suitor and hopes to conclude negotiations by the end of March.
