Two arrested over charity bag thefts
Police arrested two men on suspicion of the theft of charity bags across Leeds.
The arrests were made after a white Ford Escort van was stopped in Wetherby Road, Roundhay.
Sixteen bin bags of donated clothes, including gift aid declarations made out to the British Heart Foundation, were recovered from the van.
Two men, aged 29 and 24, were arrested and bailed.
