Two charged with murder of Jason Hall in Leeds

TWO men have been charged over the death of a man found with serious head injuries after a night out with friends in Leeds.

Jason Hall was discovered by a dog walker near the junction between Temple Newsam View and Temple Newsam Road.

The 36-year-old victim, from Gipton, was taken to Leeds General Infirmary but died.

Mr Hall was out drinking with friends on Tuesday, August 30 and was seen in the Leodis public house on Green Lane, Halton. He was later caught on CCTV at the Tesco Express store on Selby Road.

West Yorkshire Police said a 36-year-old man has been charged with his murder and a 37-year-old man with assisting an offender.

The force did not release their names but said they are due to appear before Leeds magistrates.
