Two held after baby taken from home
Police investigating the disappearance of an eight-month-old baby from the Ashfield area of Nottinghamshire arrested a couple in Wales.
The child was found safe and well at Carlow Cathedral in Ireland on Friday afternoon after being taken from his legal guardian’s home in Nottinghamshire on Thursday.
On Saturday a couple believed to have been ferry passengers were detained in Wales.
