Two Indian restaurants handed fines for passing beef off as lamb
CATERERS have been warned after two Indian restaurants were fined for passing beef off as lamb.
Trading standards found lamb curries made from beef at Aroma in Northallerton and Moti Raj in Ripon.
Aroma was fined £2,500, while Moti Raj was fined £3,000.
