Two quizzed as jet's take-off is halted
An American Airlines flight bound for New York City was halted just before take-off yesterday after an alleged threat and two people were detained.
The flight was grounded at San Francisco airport before its scheduled 7.30am takeoff.
Passengers were removed from the aircraft and taken by buses to a terminal where they were sent through security again. The two were later questioned.
