UK arena tour for teenage star Bieber

Chart sensation Justin Bieber has lined up his first arena tour in the UK for two years with a series of six shows.

The Canadian singer’s 2013 dates on his Believe tour will begin at Manchester Arena on February 19.

The teenage star, whose latest album Believe topped the chart this month, is not playing any shows in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, and is restricting his newly announced shows solely to English cities.

The singer has toured the UK only once before following his rise to fame in 2009.

His fans, often known as Beliebers, will be able to buy tickets when they go on sale on Friday at 9am.

Bieber’s 2013 dates include Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on February 23.
