Abusive rail traveller sought

Investigators want to speak to a man in connection with the incident, which took place at about 9.12pm on Friday, December 6.

Police said: “A man was travelling on the 9.06pm Leeds to Ilkley service when he became involved in a verbal dispute with the train guard regarding his ticket. During the journey the man followed the guard through the train and verbally abused him before getting off at Guiseley.”
