Agyness Deyn and Friends actor wed

The 29-year-old and Ribisi, known for playing Phoebe’s younger brother in Friends, tied the knot in Los Angeles at the weekend.

The former fish and chip shop worker from Lancashire – real name Laura Hollins – was reportedly spotted with Ribisi at the Los Angeles County Registrar’s office.

She is understood to have studied acting for a time in Hull.

His publicist said: “Agyness Deyn and Giovanni Ribisi quietly married in Los Angeles over the weekend.”

Deyn has recently begun a career as an actress and is set to star opposite Peter Mullan in British director Terrence Davies’ new film, Sunset Song.

The film, based on the 1932 novel of the same name by Lewis Grassic Gibbon, will see Deyn play farmer’s daughter Chris Guthrie.

After her mother dies and her father suffers a stroke, Chris is forced to look after the farm and care for her family while resisting her father’s incestuous advances and seeing her new husband conscripted to fight in the First World War.

Deyn also had a small role in the 2010 film Clash Of The Titans. She was cast in the role of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love.

Earlier this year she made her debut on the West End stage, in Francois Archambault’s comedy The Leisure Society.
