Racing for chequered flag
Since Scalextric was introduced at the Harrogate Toy Fair in 1957, the racing car sets have captured the imagination of generations of young people. Among them is Mr Baines, a member of the National Slot Car Club. He and other enthusiasts gathered on Saturday at Ossett for the club’s Northern Swapmeet.
