royal gathering: Three generations at service

Three generations of the Royal family gathered for the traditional Easter Sunday service at Windsor Castle.

The Queen was joined by the Duke of Edinburgh, her son Prince Andrew and granddaughter Princess Eugenie, as she arrived at St George’s Chapel.

The visit took place on the same day that the Queen announced the appointment of the Duchess of Cornwall to the highest female rank in the Royal Victorian Order. Camilla was made a Dame Grand Cross on the day of her seventh wedding anniversary to the Prince of Wales.
