From vat to vet: Christopher Timothy launches new Herriot beer (with video)
ACTOR Christopher Timothy, who starred in the TV series based on the James Herriot books, launched a limited edition beer, aptly named All Creatures, to mark the 20th anniversary of Yorkshire’s Black Sheep Brewery.
Five pence from each pint sold will be go to Herriot Hospice Homecare, a North Yorkshire charity serving patients with life shortening conditions. Timothy admitted he had “never really cared for beer” but took a drink and said: “It’s delicious, light and very refreshing.”
