Video art lights up Bradford at sundown
Bradford’s award-winning City Park has been transformed into a video artwork that lights up at sundown.
Inspired by the words of poet Sylvia Plath and using state-of-the-art projection, artist duo ADEPT have created a gigantic light and water-based art installation called A Mirrored Pool of Thought. From dusk until 11pm each night until Sunday, eight powerful video projectors are being beamed down into City Park’s 4000 sq m Mirror Pool, creating the illusion of a giant pond filled with enormous, multi-coloured koi carp.
