A LEEDS school played host to a big day in the rugby union calendar today when Bruntcliffe School was the venue for the official unveiling of the new England shirt.

England head coach Stuart Lancaster, who lives in Leeds, was on hand to show off the new white strip that England will wear for the forthcoming autumn internationals and the Six Nations next spring.

Bruntcliffe School is one of 104 state schools that forms part of the Rugby Football Union’s All Schools Programme and won a competition to be the base for the official launch.
