Dale a disabled van driver had his work van towed away after Nottinghamshire police insisted his taxed van was actually un-taxed.
In the process they also managed to break the hand break cable, costing Dale yet more money and aggravation. Later it transpired that Dale was correct and the DVLA system was wrong. Dale however is still out of pocket.
