Video: Is this the world’s longest cuddle?

But that’s exactly what seven colleagues have been doing, in the hope of setting a record for the world’s longest group hug.

The buddies, who all work for Forever Friends, cuddled up in Leeds City Station yesterday morning and were aiming to keep their arms around each other until around 11am today.

The team were planning to pass the time with quizzes, games and even jigging around to disco tunes.

The stunt also aimed to raise around £1,000 for pregnancy information and research charity Tommy’s.

Their effort was being backed by celebrities including Leeds actress Gaynor Faye.
