Volunteers join search for woman, 47
Members of the Association of Lowland Search and Rescue began combing the site of Sir Henry Cooper School yesterday, close to Mrs Conboy’s home in Ashthorpe on the city’s Orchard Park estate.
Police said they and her family are “extremely concerned” for the 47-year-old’s welfare for health reasons. She was reported missing 10 days ago and is not thought to have any money or a mobile phone with her.

Hide AdMrs Conboy, who is 5ft 3in, of slim build, has short, brown hair, and occasionally wears glasses, previously went missing in October but was found the next day at an address in Cottingham.
The search is being co-ordinated by Humberside Police, which has deployed its marine support unit, incident response team, operational support section, and specialist missing persons officers in the effort to find her.
Police have also renewed appeals for members of the public to search outbuildings, garages and sheds in case Mrs Conboy is sheltering there.
Her uncle, Mick Conboy, was 80 when he vanished from his home in Saxcourt, also on Orchard Park, in April, 2009.
