Waiting lists for affordable homes
Waiting lists are being drawn up for hundreds of affordable homes in one of Yorkshire's property hotspots.
More than 500 new homes across York city centre are to become available, some going for as little as 65,000, after negotiations between York Council and property firms.
Among the properties up for sale will be 100 affordable homes on the city's 200m flagship development of the former Terry's chocolate factory site which closed in 2005.
