Officers said the body of the student was found at a house in Grantham Road, Bradford, following reports of an assault.

They were called to the scene at 9.17pm on Friday.

A post-mortem examination found the man died from multiple stab wounds.

A spokesman said a 30-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman were also assaulted at the address.

The man had been stabbed and was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary but his injuries are not life-threatening.

The woman, who had been attacked but not stabbed, was treated in hospital and later released.

A 19-year-old man is already in custody after he was arrested in connection with the death.
