The licensed restaurant offers seating outside in the walled garden.

At the end of last year the Yorkshire Post reported that the water wheel dating back to the mid-18th century had turned for the first time in more than five years after a 100,000 restoration project.

The wheel last turned in 2004. Since then it and its water course had fallen into disrepair.
