Tonight, snow will clear away southwards this evening, with broken cloud and scattered snow showers following, leading to widespread ice on untreated surfaces. Later heavy snow showers arriving along the coast

Hide AdTuesday will be largely cloudy at first with snow showers, some heavy, and so giving further accumulations. The snow showers will become light and isolated through the day, as sunny intervals develop. Cold.
Wednesday to Friday: Cold, with further snow showers, hard overnight frosts and ice on untreated surfaces. Snow showers are likely to be most frequent Tuesday night into Wednesday, then become isolated and lighter.
